COWYN Building Group is seeking an experienced Site Foreperson to join our Central Coast team.

With a strong pipeline of projects across the region, this is an opportunity to join an established, family-owned construction company and play a key role in the successful delivery of quality commercial projects.

Working closely with the Site Manager and Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating daily site activities, managing subcontractors and trades, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality and productivity.

Key responsibilities include:

- Supervising subcontractors and trades
- Coordinating daily site activities and work fronts
- Assisting with short-term programming and sequencing
- Monitoring workmanship and quality
- Maintaining WHS, site presentation and housekeeping standards
- Coordinating deliveries, access and site logistics




- Identifying and resolving day-to-day construction issues
- Supporting the Site Manager in achieving programme and project milestones

We are looking for someone who is practical, organised and confident managing subcontractors and site teams. Previous experience in a Site Foreperson, Foreman or leading-hand role within commercial construction will be highly regarded.
