Based in North Ryde, this is a fully office‑based role (5 days onsite).

THE ROLEn

Reporting to the HR Manager and working alongside another Recruiter, you will support the end‑to‑end recruitment process across a high volume of roles.

Your day‑to‑day responsibilities will include:

- Screening and shortlisting candidates
n
- Coordinating and scheduling interviews
n
- Managing and aligning hiring managers' diaries
n
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders across the business
n
- Supporting the broader recruitment function in a fast‑paced environment
n





THE CRITERIAn

To be successful in this role, you will have a minimum of three years' experience working in a recruitment position, either agency or in‑house, and have proven experience operating in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment recruiting across retail or sales. You will demonstrate strong resilience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with a wide range of stakeholders while effectively managing competing priorities and maintaining robust working relationships across the business.
