COS is seeking a Floor Manager for The Strand, Melbourne to lead a customer‑centric store experience and set the tone for a welcoming, results‑driven workplace.

You will coach Sales Advisors, analyze sales data, recruit and onboard staff, and ensure brand standards while delivering expert styling and service. This is a full‑time 38‑hour role with a 25% staff discount across COS brands.
