Auto & General is seeking a High Care Senior Motor Claims Consultant to manage a portfolio of end-to-end motor claims for customers experiencing vulnerability or traumatic events. You will apply policy interpretation and claim decisioning, delivering an exceptional claims experience while working onsite at Kawana Waters.
You will review claims for acceptance, coordinate repairs, manage life cycles, and liaise with underwriting, assessors, suppliers, and other teams to finalise outcomes.
