Ventia is seeking a Chef to support the Head Chef in delivering quality meals for Defence personnel at RAAF East Sale. You will contribute to a safe, efficient kitchen and lead a team of Kitchen Hands and staff in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include Certificate III in Commercial Cookery, HACCP Level 2, and 5+ years in a high-volume kitchen. The role offers a full time contract, uniform provided and Defence clearance eligibility.
