Large Gas Power Plant Project in Dalby - Structure/ FRP/ all-round Civil project - DIDO
Base Salary + Super + Uplift + Vehicle + KPI Bonus
About the role:
- Ensuring that the project works are completed safely and in compliance with Silverstrand and our client’s procedures, engineering drawings/ specifications, budgets and timeframes
- Overseeing projects under the guidance of the Project Manager
- Prepare, monitor and update plans and working to weekly and monthly programs
- Provide engineering and technical advice to the project team
- Assist with Procurement of key subcontractors and suppliers
- Ensuring quality requirements are being met
- Programming and planning of the works
- Preparing monthly financial reports including cost to complete forecasts
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Civil Engineering Degree or similar
- 7+ years’ experiencein an engineering capacity on civil infrastructure projects
- Ability to read and understand civil,
structural and services drawings
- Manage and raise technical queries
- Knowledge of construction scheduling and sequencing
- Manage budgets for subcontractors/suppliers
- Understanding of Quality Control Systems
- Excellent safety record from previous projects
