Anglicare seeks a Program Lead for Counselling and Family Mental Health Services in the Shoalhaven region. You will provide strategic leadership, qualified supervision and operational oversight, guiding a team of counsellors, case managers and student placements while maintaining a small clinical caseload.
You will coordinate care with schools, NSW Health and community partners, develop care plans, monitor outcomes and ensure compliance with funding standards, reporting on budgets and KPIs.
