About therole

Bunge isseeking a proactive and detail-oriented Container OperationsOfficer to join our Trade Logistics team based inMelbourne.

Reportingto the Manager Logistics Queensland Victoria & NSW, you will beresponsible for coordinating container export shipments andensuring contractual obligations are executed efficiently andcost-effectively. Working closely with Container Sales & Marketing,Packing Sites, Logistics teams, Shipping Lines and internationalstakeholders, you will play a critical role in keeping exportprograms running smoothly and delivering exceptional service to ourcustomers.

This isan excellent opportunity for someone with container export orlogistics experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environmentand building strong stakeholder relationships.

Keyresponsibilities

- Coordinate containerexport shipments to ensure customer contracts are executedsafely, efficiently and on time
- Bookshipping space and manage container allocations to meet exportprogram requirements
- Build and maintainstrong relationships with shipping lines, packing facilitiesand logistics providers
- Liaise daily withpacking sites and logistics teams to resolve operational issuesand ensure smooth execution of export programs
- Managecontainer-related issues including damaged, delayed or rejectedcontainers and arrange appropriate solutions
- Maintain accurateshipping, contract and packing information within businesssystems including AgTech and ProDoc
- Manage invoicequeries,



shipping line charges and accruals to ensure accurateand timely processing
- Support the Tradeand Logistics teams through reporting, export administrationand continuous process improvement activities
