Jetstar is seeking an Operations Duty Manager to lead a critical function within the Jetstar Operations Control Centre (JOCC) in Melbourne. You will guide real-time decisions, drive safety, compliance and network performance while developing a high-performing team across 24/7 operations.

The role emphasizes people development, accountability and collaboration with Flying Operations, Maintenance, Crewing and Dispatch to optimise the network and deliver on-time performance.
