Job Summary
Lead the high-performance programme for the Sydney Sirens ahead of their entry into Super Netball, integrating performance services across senior and reserve programmes. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on S&C; delivery, athlete monitoring, load management and coordination of the wider performance services team.
This role aligns with IQF Level 7 because it leads and aligns the Club's High Performance Services, develops the strategic performance framework, manages performance disciplines and coordinates the performance services team across the Super Netball and Reserves programmes. It also retains direct responsibility for S&C; programming, athlete monitoring, training load management and interdisciplinary performance planning.

Salary and Role Alignment
Grey. Salary is not disclosed. The advertised 0.8 FTE role carries Level 7 strategic and practitioner-management responsibility in elite professional netball. IUSCA recommended minimum salary: AUD $96,000 for the advertised 0.8 FTE, equivalent to approximately AUD $120,000 FTE.
