You’ll manage a portfolio of approximately 124 properties, with plenty of support around you so you can focus on providing great service rather than doing everything yourself.
The Role
- Manage a portfolio of approximately 124 properties,
- Portfolio across the Gold Coast
- Full time Leasing Agent supporting you
- VA support across entry and exit processes
- Strong administrative support around the portfolio
- Manage owner and tenant relationships
- Oversee maintenance, inspections, arrears and day-to-day portfolio management
- Primarily office-based with minimal time spent on the road
- WFH 1–2 days per week

About You
We’re looking for someone with:
- 3–5+ years’ residential property management experience
- Strong portfolio management skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- A proactive and organised approach
- Confidence working independently while being part of a close-knit team
- A positive attitude and someone who enjoys being part of a great culture
