We are seeking an organised and enthusiasticAutomotive Parts Manager to join our team at MG & GWM Gold Coast

You will be responsible for overseeing all activities related to the sale of parts and accessories to internal and external customers. The role will involve the timely issuing of parts to service/workshop and retail customers as well asdealing with incoming telephone queries and orders in an efficient polite and qualified manner.

Role:

- Providing leadership and direction to the team to ensure sales activities align with our business plan
- Monitoring and evaluating sales revenue, margins and expense performance to maintain profit goals and initiating corrective action
- Building and maintaining customer loyalty and support, including the maintenance of existing clients and canvassing prospective new business
- Ensure daily orders are placed on time
- Monitor inward and outward freight arrangements
- Control andreconcile cash sales daily
- Maintain a balanced inventory consistent with the requirements of the department, ensuring stock is readily available without carrying excessive inventory




- Regular reporting of sales performance against set targets with variance and revised projections in conjunction with the Service Manager

You:

- Possess strong technical/mechanical knowledge and ability
- Excellent telephone and verbal communication skills
- Highly organised, with excellent time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise a busy workload
- Career minded with a "Can Do" attitude

Previous experience in a Parts Interpreter role with leadership responsibilities is essential
