Are you a qualified health care professional with a passion for training and supporting others? genU Training is expanding and seeking experienced trainers to deliver accredited training across a variety of client locations.

n

As part of our growing team, you will play a key role in providing high-quality, engaging learning experiences at genU sites and partner locations. We are looking for trainers who are flexible, responsive to learner needs, and committed to delivering positive outcomes.

n

We currently have opportunities across New South Wales to deliver:

n

- HLTAID011: Provide First Aid
n
- HLTAID009: Provide CPR
n
- HLTHPS006: Assist Clients with Medication
n
- (Assessors must be a registered nurse, enrolled nurse, or Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander health practitioner)
n
- Disability experience is preferred but not essential.
n

As a Sessional Trainer, You Will:

n

n
- Deliver engaging and interactive courses informed by your professional experience.
n
- Support learners to build competency and confidence.
n
- Contribute to ASQA compliance and continuous improvement efforts.
n
- Provide high-quality training services to a range of clients.
n
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation and reporting.
n
- Deliver training in various settings, including classroom, workplace, and online environments.
n

What We're Looking For:

n

n




- Must be a registered nurse, enrolled nurse, or Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander health practitioner.
n
- Individuals who are passionate about education and supporting learner success.
n
- A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or equivalent).
n
- Relevant qualifications and industry experience to support course delivery.
n
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one.
n
- NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate, or willingness to complete it.
n
- A valid driver's licence and willingness to travel for on-site training. Travel is required, as no two delivery sites will always be the same. Kilometre reimbursement is provided in line with genU policy.
