BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & CARE COORDINATOR MANAGER - NDIS

Peritia Care Services is seeking an experienced NDIS Care Coordinator & Business Development Manager to join our growing team in Melbourne West, VIC. This is a full-time position that integrates care coordination overseeing responsibilities with business development initiatives to support our continued growth within the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) sector.

In this key role, you will connect high-quality service delivery with organisational growth. You will be responsible for coordinating exceptional disability support services while proactively identifying and developing current business opportunities to enhance our market/industry presence. This position will play a critical role in advancing our strategic objectives across the disability support sector.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement targeted strategies to expand service offerings, strengthen organisational capabilities and increase market presence

dentify, assess and pursue new business opportunities across the disability support sector

Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including NDIS planners, community organisations, referral networks and potential business partners

Contribute to tender submissions and develop compelling proposals for new service models to prospective clients and funding organisations

Oversee our Coordination of Support team who coordinate individualised support plans and services for NDIS participants, ensuring high-quality outcomes and compliance with NDIS standards and requirements

Recommend (where needed) participant needs and develop tailored care coordination strategies that reflect their individual goals, preferences and aspirations

Liaise effectively with NDIS planners, participants, families and support workers to ensure coordinated and seamless service delivery is executed by our Coordination of Support Team

Ensure that our Compliance Team is maintaining participant documentation, records and reporting to support regulatory compliance and demonstrate quality service provision

Monitor industry developments,



market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and inform strategic business development initiatives

Collect, analyse and report on service performance and business development outcomes to support informed decision-making and continuous improvement

Support our careers team who carry out training, development and supervision of care staff as required to maintain high standards of service delivery

What we're looking for

Proven experience in business development, market analysis or service growth within community services (disability support sector in particular)

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish and maintain effective relationships across diverse stakeholder groups

Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting

Demonstrated experience working within the NDIS environment, preferably in care coordination, support coordination or a comparable role

Strong knowledge of NDIS principles, relevant legislation, participant planning processes and service delivery requirements

Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to effectively manage and prioritise tasks

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Package and data management platforms; experience using NDIS portals, databases and NDIS client management systems is desirable

Strong commitment to person-centred practice and promoting the principles of dignity, choice, independence and empowerment

Relevant qualifications, or willingness to obtain qualifications, in disability support, aged care, community services or a related field

Current Working with Children Check (WWCC) and/or National Police Clearance,



or willingness to obtain the required checks as a condition of employment

A current valid driver’s licence and access to reliable transport for participant and client visits
