Reporting directly to the General Manager P&C; Business Partnering, in this role, you will influence strategic outcomes, manage organisational change, and develop and drive future-fit workforce designs. Key activities center on strategic partnering, change management, workforce design, and coaching leaders across all levels to navigate performance, capability uplift, and cultural alignment.
Key Responsibilities
- Nurture deep, team-oriented partnerships across P&C; and leadership to weave enterprise goals into meaningful people strategies.
- Co-design forward-thinking workforce structures and foster capability growth alongside the People Transformation team.
- Support and cultivate tailored, business-wide HR solutions in close harmony with P&C; Centres of Excellence.
- Build authentic,
high-trust relationships with the SLT and business units to guide decisions and gently champion transformational change.
To succeed, you will navigate complex change initiatives, foster a leader-led culture, and balance business unit priorities while partnering with P&C; Centres of Excellence to deliver scalable talent, performance, and D&I; solutions. As the ideal candidate, you bring senior HR business partnering experience in dynamic environments, strong knowledge of Australian employment law, and the commercial and digital acumen needed to translate data into high-impact people strategies.
