Milestone IT is partnering with a leading Australian retail organisation to recruit an experienced BOOMI Integration Lead to join a major technology program.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced integration professional to take ownership of the BOOMI integration stream within a complex enterprise environment. You will act as the key point of contact for BOOMI across the program, working closely with delivery teams, Solution Architects, BAU leads and technology partners.

About the Role

n

As the BOOMIIntegration Lead, you will provide hands‐on technical leadership across integration activities, ensuring solutions align with enterprise standards, architecture principles and delivery requirements.

n

You will play a critical role in shaping integration standards and ways of working while providing technical guidance and oversight across program initiatives.

n

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Act as the single point of contact for BOOMIacross program requests, dependencies and integration activities.
n
- Provide hands‐on integration expertise across a complex enterprise application landscape.
n
- Ensure integration designs and deliverables align with established enterprise standards, patterns and architecture principles.
n
- Identify opportunities to develop or improve integration standards, patterns, templates and supporting artefacts.
n
- Provide technical input into Solution Architecture documentation, technical designs and specifications.
n
- Review key technical deliverables and participate in technical and architecture approvals where appropriate.
n
- Establish and communicate clear processes and ways of working for teams and delivery partners engaging with the BOOMI stream.
n
- Define processes around requests, design reviews, approvals, escalations and dependencies.
n




- Work closely with the Program IT workstream and BAU Leads to manage integration requirements and dependencies.
n
- Collaborate with internal technology teams, delivery partners and stakeholders to ensure integration outcomes are delivered effectively.
n
- Identify and elevate capacity, capability, technical or delivery gaps.
n
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure integration solutions are scalable, supportable and aligned with enterprise objectives.

About You

n

We are looking for a senior integration professional who combines strong technical capability with the ability to lead, influence and provide architectural guidance across a large enterprise environment.

n

You will ideally have:

n

n
- 8+ years of overall integration experience.
n
- Strong, hands‐on experience with Dell BOOMI /BOOMI Integration.
n
- Experience working across complex enterprise application landscapes.
n
- Solid understanding of integration patterns, APIs, data transformation and enterprise integration principles.
n
- Experience developing or working with integration standards, patterns and technical artefacts.
n
- Ability to review and provide input into solution architecture and technical design documentation.
n
- Experience operating as a technical lead or subject matter expert across large‐scale programs.
n
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
n
- The ability to work effectively across project, program and BAU environments.
n
- Strong problem‐solving skills and the confidence to identify and elevate technical, capacity and capability risks.
