Full books from day one, a team of 15 podiatrists and a genuinely supportive management.
We're recruiting for a well-established Melbourne podiatry group with two thriving locations — one in the eastern suburbs and a second in the south-east. Both clinics are busy, both are booked out, and both are staffed by clinicians who actually like working together.
About the practice
- A team of 15 podiatrists across the two sites, supported by dedicated reception and admin staff
- Consistently full books — no chasing patients
- Broad clinical mix: general and routine care, MSK and biomechanical assessment, orthotic prescription, nail surgery, diabetic foot care and sports podiatry
- Modern treatment rooms, current equipment, and the kind of clinical library and consumables budget you'd expect from a group of this size
- Warm, collegiate culture with active mentoring from senior clinicians and a management team that genuinely listens
About the role
Whether you're after a full-time schedule or a part-time balance, both are on the table. You can be based primarily at one site or work across both — flexible on that. Your week will be a healthy mix of general and MSK/biomechanics caseload, with room to develop or lean into a special interest area (sports, diabetic foot, paediatrics, surgical) as it suits you.
What's on offer
- Attractive above-award salary, reflective of experience
- Salaried permanent role — no percentage-billing pressureFull patient books from your first week
- Paid CPD / PD allowance and dedicated study leave
- Professional indemnity insurance provided
- Ongoing mentoring and structured clinical support
- Clear career progression pathway — senior clinician, mentor and leadership opportunities within the group
- Modern equipment, quality consumables, and full admin and reception support
- Limited weekend commitments and a rostering approach that respects work/life balance
- Team culture that includes regular in-services, CPD nights and social events
About you
- Bachelor or Master of Podiatry from an accredited program (Australian or recognised international equivalent)
- Current general registration with AHPRA (Podiatry Board of Australia)
- Sound clinical fundamentals in general podiatry and biomechanics
- Full Australian working rights (Australian or NZ citizenship, permanent residency, or an eligible visa)
- Above all — a collaborative, patient-centred approach and a genuine interest in being part of a bigger team
Recent graduates with strong placement experience are warmly encouraged to apply — the group has a track record of supporting early-career podiatrists.
