As the Supply Chain Manager, you will lead the end-to-end supply chain function across Australia and New Zealand whilst being responsible for driving supply chain strategies, optimise inventory and forecast processes, manage supplier relationships, and introduce KPI measurement and performance indicators to monitor and share with the business.

Based at our national office and reporting to the CEO, you will be an important member of the leadership team. This high-impact leadership role is suited to a strategic thinker who thrives in a hands‑on operational environment and is passionate about building high-performing teams and systems. You'll collaborate across departments to ensure operational efficiency, cost control, and excellent service delivery. Your leadership skills are integral as you manage an amazing cross‑functional team, fostering collaboration & promoting continuous improvement within the supply chain function.

Key responsibilities

Own the overall supply chain, team performance, strategy, risks and actions

Lead supply chain and master data responsibility, encompassing strategy, data, people, systems and commercial accountability

Play a critical role in developing an overall 3PL strategy, negotiating with providers and managing SLAs

Develop a process with a 1-, 3-, 6-and 9-month view of stock roll forward including monthly demand, purchase needs (dollars and units) and future cashflow regarding inbound stock, inventory and shipping

Work alongside the Warehouse Manager to support modern logistics operations, including cloud integrations and continual future potential into centre gravity efficiencies and location hotspotting

Be the lead contact for global supply chain networks





Develop and implement a companywide supply chain strategy, with a focus on driving a 5-year plan which includes the implementation of new tools and processes and the development of a strong framework that the team can build upon

Design and implement departmental KPIs & dashboard reporting whilst measuring performance to life

Own the monthly rhythm for demand, replenishment & supply chain planning and proactively support the supply chain team to work towards common goals

Lead the coordination and integration of D&R; across the planning process including taking the lead on Bunnings planning team conversations

Manage international shipping strategy, cost, focus & operational challenges

Lead monthly D&R; and inventory focus topics to ensure demand and inventory planning transparency. This includes daily and weekly action points regarding missed quantities or DIF consequences

Ensure best practice master data control and management - within our organisation and outwards to Bunnings

Other support and leadership responsibilities from time to time

About you

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or related field

Strong understanding of supply chain processes, inventory management & logistics

Strong process change management experience

Strong leadership skills & experience managing cross-functional teams

Ability to analyse data & make informed, data-driven decisions

Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency in Business Central highly favourable
