Pathfinder Recruitment is excited to bring to market a new opportunity for a Service Desk Engineer working in Melbourne. Working across a broad client base you will be servicing many SMB's.This is a great team with a supportive work culture. This role will beoffice based and suits a candidate with 12+ months previous experience in a help-desk/service desk role who is looking to gain valuable IT skills.

Skills & Experience

n
- 12+ months experience working in an MSP supporting the following technologies: Microsoft Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Windows 1011, Active Directory, Exchange, VMWare, Networking and Cloud technologies.
n
- Previous experience working in an MSP environment
n
- Queue Management experience a bonus
n
- Experience in configuring, maintaining, and optimising severs, networks and other critical IT infrastructure
n
- Good understanding of virtualisation technologies
n
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
n
- Ability to collaborate with team members and work in a fast paced workplace
n

- Qualifications in IT or equivalent or industry certifications

- Drivers licence

- Must hold PR or be an Australian Citizen to apply
