Chandler Macleod is currently seeking experienced Material Handlers to join PACCAR (Kenworth), one of Australia's leading truck manufacturers, located in Bayswater, Victoria.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organisation in a rapid-paced manufacturing environment, with the potential to transition from temporary to permanent employment for employees who consistently demonstrate strong performance, attendance, quality, and safety standards.

The Opportunity As a Material Handler, you will play a key role in supporting production by ensuring truck parts and components are supplied safely and efficiently to the assembly line. Working within a high-volume manufacturing environment, you will be responsible for operating forklifts and stock pickers, managing inventory movements, and contributing to the smooth operation of the warehouse and production teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Operating LF forklifts and LO stock pickers
- Operating reach and counterbalance forklifts
- Picking, packing, and replenishing stock
- Supplying parts and components to production lines
- Loading and unloading materials
- Using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintaining accurate inventory movements
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment
- Adhering to all site safety procedures and policies

To Be Successful, You Will Have

- Current LF Forklift Licence (essential)




- Current LO Stock Picker Licence (essential)
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environment
- Experience operating reach and counterbalance forklifts
- Experience using RF scanners
- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
- Good physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
