Job Description

GB Auto is seeking a motivated and hands-on Workshop Coordinator to lead our team, coordinate workshop operations, and drive safety, quality and productivity outcomes.

What You'll Be Doing

- Coordinate and schedule workshop jobs
- Lead, mentor and support tradespeople and apprentices
- Liaise with customers and be the main point of contact for workshop work
- Manage workflow, parts and materials requirements
- Prepare quotes and ensure jobs are completed efficiently
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain high workshop standards
- Oversee daily workshop operations, including opening and closing





What We're Looking For

- Trade qualification as a Mechanic or Auto Electrician
- Proven leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Sound computer skills and attention to detail
- Ability to solve problems, make decisions and work under pressure
- Current unrestricted driver's licence
- A/C Ticket highly regarded
