Australasian Fire and Emergency Service Authorities Council (AFAC) is seeking a seasoned People and Culture leader to head the end-to-end P&C; function. You will partner with the Director – People, Strategy and Performance, and manage an HR Advisor to shape workforce strategy, culture and capability across AFAC's 75-strong team.

This autonomous role offers strategic influence, operational delivery and a path to shape the organisation's people practices in a smaller, high-impact setting.
