Altogether Group Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Billing Team Leader to head our billing operations and ensure accurate, timely processing of utility bills. This 12-month contract replaces parental leave and requires robust leadership in a utilities context.

You will supervise the billing team, oversee water, electricity and gas billing, and drive improvements with IT, customer service and finance teams while maintaining regulatory compliance.
