Eclat is seeking a Head of Commercial Sales and Business Development to lead our growth across Melbourne. You will own all current business from enquiry to signed membership and build partnerships that keep the pipeline full, while collaborating with the CEO on pricing and strategy.

As the senior commercial lead, you will negotiate at the highest levels, represent a luxury brand, and drive strategic partnerships with our marketing team to sharpen our market presence.
