Northern Sydney Local Health District (NSLHD) ACAS invites applications for permanent full time and part-time positions based at Mona Vale Hospital. The multidisciplinary team includes OTs, PTs, SWs and RNs delivering aged care assessments and care planning to older people.

Eligibility includes relevant clinical qualifications with AHPRA registration or eligibility, strong communication skills, and knowledge of My Aged Care.
