Construction Manager - SA (Commercial & Strata Repairs)

Based from Adelaide, this senior leadership role is ideal for someone who thrives on challenge, leads with integrity, and knows how to balance the big-picture strategy with on-the-ground delivery.

What You’ll Do

Oversee and deliver complex, higher-value commercial and strata repairs

Lead, mentor and develop a team of Senior Estimators and Supervisors
Set the bar for quality, safety and client satisfaction

Drive the division’s commercial performance – from margin control to pricing strategy

Represent Nexus with professionalism and build trusted client relationships

Champion scheduling, workflow and process excellence

What You’ll Bring

7–10+ years’ experience in construction,



including senior leadership or project management roles

Proven expertise in commercial and/or strata projects – insurance industry exposure highly regarded

Strong financial acumen with P&L; and budgeting experience

Confident leader and communicator who can engage internal teams and external stakeholders
Proficiency with scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project or Smartsheet), Excel, and project tracking systems
