Thisismorethanatitle-basedmanagementposition.Youwillbeexpectedtoleadfromthefloor,supportyourteam,makepracticaloperationaldecisionsandcontributetotheoverallperformanceofthevenue.

Key Responsibilities

- Leadtheday-to-dayoperationofthepubandrestaurant
- Managestaffperformance,teamcoordinationanddailyservicerequirements
- Preparestaffrostersandassistwithpayrollprocesses
- Monitorstocklevelsandassistwithpurchasingandordering
- Maintainawarenessoffood,beverageandoperationalcosts
- Leadbyexampleandremainactivelyinvolvedduringservice
- Provideconsistentlyhighstandardsofcustomerservice
- Supportrecruitment,onboardingandstafftraining
- Maintainvenuepresentation,cleanlinessandoperationalstandards




- Assistwithfoodandbeverageservicewhenrequired
- Promotecompliancewithresponsibleserviceofalcoholrequirements
- Workalongsidetheownertoimprovevenueprocessesandservicedelivery
- Respondconfidentlytooperationalchallengesduringbusyperiods
- Helpcreateaprofessional,productiveandcustomer-focusedworkplace

Requirements & Eligibility

- Provenexperiencewithinthehospitalityindustry
- Previoussupervisoryormanagementexperienceinahospitalityenvironment
- Demonstratedabilitytoleadandsupportahospitalityteam
- Strongcustomerserviceandinterpersonalskills
- Confidentcommunicationwithstaff,customersandmanagement
- Abilitytomakepracticaldecisionsindependently
- Reliableandwellorganisedapproachtowork
- Abilitytomanagecompetingprioritiesduringbusyserviceperiods
- CurrentandvalidRSAcertification
- Minimumageof18years
- Hands-onattitudewithwillingnesstoworkalongsidetheteam
- Professionalapproachtomaintainingvenuestandards
- Reliabletransportandabilitytotraveltoandfromtheworkplace
- Abilitytoprovideevidenceofrelevanthospitalityexperience
