Rydges Canberra, part of EVT Limited, seeks a Director of Sales with a hunter mindset to lead a sales team and drive revenue growth. You will own the hotel's sales performance, hunter-current business, and corporate account development, with responsibility for contracting and rate negotiations.

Lead and coach the Sales Manager (C&E;) and Conference Coordinator, present to boards and clients, and maintain CRM-backed reporting.
