Geosyntec is seeking a Senior Human Resources Manager to lead Australian HR operations. You will work closely with the HR Director for EMEA, supporting business leaders and regional HR teams across Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne, and Adelaide.
The role focuses on regional priorities, organisational effectiveness, and integration of acquisitions within a global HR framework. You will drive talent management, employee engagement, and policy implementation while ensuring compliance with Australian
