Role Overview

This is a fully remote, independent consultancy engagement focused on client discovery, strategic alignment, and professional growth facilitation. You will operate with complete schedule sovereignty while leveraging established systems and support infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead discovery conversations with qualified professionals interested in leadership and personal development programs

- Execute strategic digital outreach using established marketing frameworks and AI tools to attract qualified professionals

- Assess client suitability and recommend appropriate growth pathways within our portfolio

- Manage your client pipeline independently using our proprietary CRM platform

- Maintain consistent communication and follow‐up standards throughout the engagement lifecycle

Selection Criteria

- Experience: Minimum 7 years in Client Success, Account Management, or equivalent client‐facing roles
