Newcastle Anglican’s Samaritans Youth Specialist Homelessness Services (SHS) is seeking an Intake Officer in Maitland to deliver quality service and administrative support for the SHS team.
You will manage crisis intake and information/referral pathways, advocate for young people, and coordinate with hubs in Maitland, Cessnock and Dungog LGAs to connect clients with appropriate services. A proactive, confidential approach is essential.
