DECJUBA is seeking an IT Support Specialist to deliver Level 1 and 2 helpdesk services across our head office and national retail network. You'll be the first point of contact for IT requests, supporting hardware, software, networks and retail systems, with escalation as needed.

The role reports to the IT Operations Manager and is based in Cremorne. We require 1-2 years in IT support, robust troubleshooting on Windows, MacOS, and Microsoft 365, and experience with multi-site setups.
