WorkingwithinatechnicallyfocusedteaminNewSouthWales,youwillcollaboratewithProjectLeaders,architectsandconsultantsacrossmultipleprojectstages.Theroleissuitedtosomeonewhoseexperiencecanbedemonstratedthroughthequalityoftheirdocumentation,BIMcapabilityandunderstandingofAustralianconstructionrequirements.

WorkingwithinatechnicallyfocusedteaminNewSouthWales,youwillcollaboratewithProjectLeaders,architectsandconsultantsacrossmultipleprojectstages.Theroleissuitedtosomeonewhoseexperiencecanbedemonstratedthroughthequalityoftheirdocumentation,BIMcapabilityandunderstandingofAustralianconstructionrequirements.

- DevelopandmaintainaccurateBIMmodelsacrossmultipleindustrialprojects
- Preparedetailedconstructiondocumentationsuitableforprojectdelivery




- Translatedesignintentintopracticalandbuildabledocumentation
- Coordinateconsultantinformationandidentifypotentialclashes
- Reviewshopdrawingsandassistwithtechnicalresolution
- ApplytheNCCandrelevantAustralianStandardsthroughoutdocumentation
- SupportProjectLeadersandtechnicalteamsduringprojectdelivery
- Participateinsitevisitsandprovideconstruction-phaseassistance
- Maintainhighstandardsofaccuracy,consistencyanddocumentationquality
- ContributetotheimprovementofRevitstandards,systemsandinternalworkflows

Requirements & Eligibility

- Minimum3yearsofdemonstratedRevitdocumentationexperience
- StrongpracticalcapabilityinRevitmodelling,detailinganddocumentation
- Demonstratedunderstandingofconstructiondocumentationandbuildability
- WorkingknowledgeoftheNCCandAustralianStandards
- Abilitytocoordinatearchitecturalandconsultantinformationeffectively
- Strongcommunicationandcollaborationskills
- TertiaryqualificationinArchitecture,ArchitecturalTechnologyorarelateddiscipline
- Equivalentrelevantindustryexperiencemaybeconsidered
- Abilitytodemonstrategenuinetechnicalexperiencethroughpreviousprojectwork
- Professionalapproachwithstrongattentiontodetailandaccountability
