What You’ll Be Doing

- Leading day-to-day centre operations, staffing and compliance with confidence
- Inspiring, mentoring and supporting educators to be their best selves
- Building strong, trusting relationships with families and the wider community
- Bringing EYLF v2.0, QKLG,



the Shared Foundations Approach and Child Safe Standards to life
- Championing high-quality learning environments, documentation and practice
- Experienced Centre Director or senior early childhood leader ready to step up
- Diploma or bachelor’s in early childhood (ACECQA-approved)
- Strong knowledge of the NQS, NQF and regulatory requirements
- A confident communicator with strong organisational skills
- A warm, inclusive leader who leads with heart and puts child safety first
