About the Role...

n

In this full-time role, you will contribute to high levels of customer service through direct interaction with customers,



together with the management of inward and outward stock movement.

n

Key responsibilities include:

n

- Serving Customers at the sales counter
n
- Providing excellent customer service
n
- Pick & pack customer requirements
n
- Assist in answering phone calls
n
- Assist in administrative duties
n
- General housekeeping
n
- Assisting with cycle counts
n
- General warehouse duties
n

About You...

n

You will have a prior history of counter sales / retail sales combined with customer service experience. You will have the ability to work to tight deadlines, be reliable and self-motivated, have a willingness to take on additional tasks and value personal and team safety.
