In this role, you'll:
Work as part of a team delivering vehicle identity and written-off vehicle services, this role is the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, supporting the accurate administration, investigation and compliance of vehicle-related programs.
This role will see you process applications, investigate vehicle records, analyse registration and audit data, resolve system and operational issues, and provide advice on legislative requirements while developing expertise in vehicle compliance and regulatory frameworks

About you
You will navigate and resolve complex vehicle identification and written-off vehicle matters in a fast-paced, customer-focused workplace, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely service delivery.
Your analytical thinking, attention to detail and customer service skills, developed across regulatory, compliance, investigations, administration, insurance, automotive or government environments, will see you excel in interpreting legislation, identifying data anomalies,
managing sensitive information and resolving stakeholder enquiries.
You're recognised as a collaborative and solutions-focused professional, skilled at investigating issues, analysing data and delivering accurate outcomes, with experience working to tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of service and compliance.
Please note: This is a fully office-based position, with employees required to work onsite five days per week.
