Venue Manager – Salt Bar, Kingscliff

Salt Bar Kingscliff is a key venue within the AVC portfolio, set in one of Australia’s most beautiful coastal locations. We’re seeking an experienced, high-level Venue Manager to take the lead in driving operational excellence, team performance, guest experience and commercial results.

The opportunity

As Venue Manager, you will take ownership of the day-to-day performance of Salt Bar, leading a passionate team and ensuring the venue consistently delivers outstanding service, strong financial results and memorable guest experiences.

You will be responsible for:

- Leading and developing a high-performing hospitality team

- Driving sales, profitability and operational performance

- Maintaining exceptional service, presentation and compliance standards

- Managing rostering, labour costs, stock control and venue administration

- Building a positive, accountable and energised team culture

- Working closely with the AVC leadership team to deliver strategic objectives

- Creating an outstanding experience for guests,



staff and the local community

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a proven hospitality leader with:

- Senior venue management experience in a high-volume or premium hospitality environment

- Strong commercial understanding and financial acumen

- Excellent leadership, communication and people-development skills

- A hands-on, solutions-focused approach

- High standards across service, safety, compliance and presentation

- The confidence and capability to lead a large, diverse team

- A genuine passion for hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences
