At Oscar Wylee Pacific Werribee, we're looking for an experienced retail leader to join us as Store Manager and lead a high-performing team.

As part of our Joint Venture model, you'll work closely with an experienced Store Partner, giving you valuable exposure to the commercial and operational side of running a successful optical retail store.

You'll take ownership of day-to-day store performance, coach and develop your team and create an workplace where exceptional patient care and strong commercial results go hand in hand.

What You'll Be Doing

- Lead, coach and develop your team to perform at their best
- Drive sales, KPIs and commercial performance through genuine customer care
- Take ownership of day-to-day store operations, compliance and performance standards
- Manage rosters, budgets and labour efficiency
- Provide hands-on leadership across sales, service and the customer experience
- Partner with our Optometrists and Store Partner to deliver an exceptional experience for every patient
- Build a positive, accountable and high-performing team culture

About You

We're looking for someone who:

- Has previous retail leadership experience
- Has optical industry experience
- Understands how to drive sales, KPIs and store performance
- Has experience with rostering, labour planning and day-to-day store operations
- Is passionate about coaching and developing people
- Leads from the floor and enjoys being part of the customer experience
- Is organised, proactive and confident making decisions




- Wants to continue developing their commercial and leadership capability

Earnings

Base salary up to $70,000 + superannuation.
