Key Responsibilities

- Performtyrefittingforpassenger,commercialand4WDvehicles
- Fittyrestoawiderangeofstandardandaftermarketwheels
- Carryoutaccuratewheelalignmentsonpassengervehiclesand4WDs
- Completelightandmediumautomotiverepairsandmaintenance
- Inspecttyres,wheelsandrelatedcomponentsforsafetyandwear
- Workefficientlywhilemaintainingahighstandardofworkmanship
- Completejobsaccordingtorequiredtimeframesandworkshopstandards
- Maintainanorganised,cleanandsafeworkarea
- Followworkshopsafetyproceduresandindustrybestpractices
- Workindependentlywhenrequiredandtakeownershipofassignedtasks
- Supportotherteammembersacrossgeneralworkshopoperations
- Communicateprofessionallywithcolleaguesandcustomers




- MeetrelevantKPIsanddailyproductivityrequirements

Requirements & Eligibility

- CertificateIIIinAutomotiveoranequivalentrecognisedqualification
- Provenhands-onexperienceintyrefittingandwheelalignment
- Demonstratedexperiencewithpassengerandcommercialtyres
- Practicalexperiencefittingtyrestoaftermarketwheels
- Experienceperformingwheelalignmentsonpassengervehiclesand4WDs
- Soundknowledgeofautomotiverepairsandmaintenance
- Abilitytodemonstrategenuineandrelevantindustryexperience
- Physicallycapableofhandlingandliftingtyres
- Strongattentiontodetailandcommitmenttoquality
- Abilitytoworkindependentlywithoutcompromisingsafetyorstandards
- Reliable,honestandprofessionalapproachtowork
- Strongverbalandwrittencommunicationskills
- Goodtimemanagementandabilitytomeetdeadlines
