Compassionate Aged Care Home Support Worker Southern Cross Care Queensland Alton Downs, QLD, AU

Job Description

Southern Cross Care Queensland is seeking caring Home Care Support Workers to assist our aged care clients in their homes across the Western Downs area, including Chinchilla, Tara, Miles, Jandowae and Meandarra. You will deliver domestic assistance and personal support to help clients remain independent at home and in the community.
