CatholicCare on the Central Coast is seeking passionate, resilient Youth Workers to join the team in permanent part-time and casual positions. You will support young people aged 12–17 with complex needs, building stability, trust and growth through meaningful relationships and activities.

Experience in trauma-informed care, solid communication and the ability to work across rosters is essential. Rosters include mornings, afternoons, nights, sleepovers, and weekends.
