- Manage pubs and venues across Rockhampton and regional Queensland
- Work as a Venue Manager, Assistant Venue Manager or Duty Manager
- Lead an established local venue
- Lead, develop and motivate venue teams
- Apply operational knowledge across food, beverage and gaming, where applicable
- Manage venue performance and KPIs
- Deliver great customer experiences
- Discuss suitable locations and management levels with the Talent Team

Requirements

- Previous management or leadership experience within a pub or busy hospitality environment
- Solid operational knowledge across food, beverage and gaming, where applicable
- Ability to lead, develop and motivate venue teams
- Good commercial awareness and understanding of venue performance and KPIs
- Hands-on leadership style and passion for delivering great customer experiences
- Current RSA, RSG, RMLV and any other relevant qualifications required for the role
