I'm working on a compelling opportunity for an experienced Projects, Change or Transformation recruiter who wants to move into something a little different.

We're partnering with a leading Proff Services & ICT Consultancy that can give someone 3–4 ASX Top 20 clients that you'll inherit from day one.

n

These are established relationships, with multiple live requirements so there's no expectation that you spend your first 6 months cold calling or trying to build a desk.

n

Instead, you'll have full autonomy to run and grow these customers as your own.

n

You'll be responsible for:

n

n
- Managing senior client relationships
n
- Taking briefs and understanding the hiring requirements
n
- Owning the recruitment delivery and getting the right people into the business quickly
n
- Identifying further recruitment opportunities within the accounts
n




- Growing your revenue across the existing client base
n

n

And if you want to bring in your own clients and build a traditional 360 recruitment desk alongside these existing accounts, absolutely - there's an incentive structure to reward that.

What are we looking for?

n

n
- Experience recruiting across Projects, Change & Transformation recruitment.
n
- You must have experience working in agency recruitment / proff services to be considered for this role.
n
- A background recruiting with clients in either Financial Services or Commerce & Industry.
n
- Ability to hit the ground running as there's live roles and active clients from Day 1!
