About The Role

We’re looking for curious, client-focused graduates who enjoy solving problems, take initiative, and thrive in a collaborative team. From day one, you’ll be a valued member of the team—working alongside experienced professionals, gaining hands-on experience, and building the foundations of a successful career. Your ideas, energy, and fresh perspective will be welcomed as we continue to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

A typical week might include:

- Maintaining efficient workflow management
- Ensuring client work is completed within time allocation and job budgets
- Preparation of various work papers
- Preparation of client reports including financial statements, management letters, reports of findings
- Contribution at team meetings
- Achieve personal budgeted production targets
- Ensure retention of clients through service excellence & client focus
- Maintaining high professional standards and personal integrity
- Monitor and review aged WIP
- Consulting with Managers & Partners on progression of jobs

What we are looking for

- Recently completed a tertiary degree in Accounting, Commerce, Business or related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a confident professional manner
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven time management skills
- Enjoy working as part of a team
- Looking toward obtaining your CA/CPA qualifications
- Proficiency in MS Office software packages
