About the role

P-MEC Electrical and Solar Power Direct are searching for a new team member, motivated to jump in and learn the trade.

What you'll be doing

- Installation of Solar PV, Batteries, EV charges and heat pumps
- General electrical service work on domestic and commercial properties.
- Learning via trade school and on the job, how to navigate being a sparky in the field while staying secure
- Contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of safe work practices
- Maintain detailed records and documentation of all work undertaken

What we're looking for

- A keen, motivated individual who wants to join a tight-knit team and learn with an open mind.
- Someone with a general interest in the electrical field.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.




- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and complying with all relevant WHS regulations
- Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and colleagues
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Pay will depend on the candidate’s stage of apprenticeship and level of experience. For the right candidate, earnings of up to $35 per hour plus bonuses are possible.
