About Our Role

Due to exciting growth across our VIC/TAS region, WGA is seeking a Graduate Structural Engineer to join our Melbourne team.





This is a fantastic opportunity to kick-start your engineering career with a growing, people-focused consultancy. You'll contribute to meaningful projects, learn from experienced industry professionals, and develop your technical and professional skills during an exciting period of growth and transformation.

In partnership with industry leaders, WGA has developed an inclusive and engaging Graduate Program designed to support your transition from study to professional practice. About You

You will

- Have recently graduated, or be in your final year of study, in Civil / Structural Engineering or related disciplines.
- Bring a positive attitude, curiosity, and a genuine eagerness to learn.
- Thrive in a quick-paced, collaborative, and team-oriented environment.
- Demonstrate strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to build strong relationships with colleagues, clients, and industry stakeholders.
