Work that matters
Provide administrative support to academic staff and students, supporting quality delivery of coursework programs, courses and related activities.
This role encompasses coordinating events, compiling data, and liaising with stakeholders to uphold academic standards and facilitate effective communication within the College.

This role forms part of the Academic and Program Services team within the College and is aligned to the Provost Portfolio within the University.

Experience To join our community and thrive in this role, you will likely have the following skills and experience:
- Demonstrated previous experience working in an administrative role in a team-based service environment.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills including preparation of written materials and experience in liaising with people at all levels both internal and external to an organisation to deliver quality customer service.
- Demonstrated experience in the interpretation and application of policies and procedures.
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills to manage multiple priorities under broad direction.
- Demonstrated experience in using information systems and the Microsoft Office suite of programs.
