BLU by Adcorp is looking for an experienced Account Manager to sit onsite as the dedicated, embedded point of contact for one of our high-value clients in Sydney. One relationship, one business, total ownership — you'll run the account like it's your own.

If you've built your career in labour hire or workforce management and you're ready to trade breadth for depth, this is a rare shot at getting genuinely under the skin of one business, with the backing of a national brand behind you.

Key Responsibilities:

- Be the trusted face of BLU onsite, embedded in the client's business day to day
- Own the account end-to-end — order fulfilment, workforce coordination, compliance and reporting
- Run the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, onboarding, candidate management
- Manage day-to-day workforce ops — rostering, timesheets, first-day starts, end-of-assignment checks
- Lead toolbox talks and WHS assessments to keep the site safe and compliant
- Prepare rate quotes, manage job orders, keep records sharp and current
- Spot and drive growth opportunities within the account




- Handle queries and escalations fast and professionally, protecting the relationship at every turn

Requirements for this role:

- Experience in labour hire, recruitment or workforce/account management — industrial environment experience highly regarded
- Confidence to operate as the sole BLU rep onsite, with the maturity to own a single client relationship end to end
- Strong communication skills — you build trust fast with site leaders, supervisors and candidates alike
- Sharp organisational skills and the ability to prioritise across compliance, coordination and client service
- A proactive, solutions-first mindset and genuine ownership of outcomes
- A safety-first attitude, comfortable working within WHS frameworks and site-specific requirements
