Job Description

Ricoh Imaging Europe in Sydney, Australia seeks a permanent Field Service Technician to deliver onsite service calls focused on customer satisfaction and KPI achievement. You will discuss faults with customers, advise on solutions, and share learnings with the team during regular meetings.

You will also maintain robust customer relationships, accurately account for parts and consumables, and keep up to date with Ricoh products through PDP training.
