This is a role with plenty of scope beyond day-to-day account management. As the business continues to grow, there will be opportunities to get involved in scheme development, insurer partnerships and projects, with potential leadership opportunities for the right person.

About the role

- Manage a small, quality book of SME renewals
- Respond to day-to-day enquiries and provide proactive support to clients
- Manage and convert fully qualified new business leads
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell across the client portfolio
- Work across a diverse range of SME clients including allied health, hospitality, retail and trades
- Collaborate with internal teams on scheme development and new business initiatives
- Build your technical knowledge across Bizpack, PI, PL, ML and Cyber

About you

We’re looking for an experienced insurance professional who enjoys working with commercial clients and wants to be part of a business where they can have a genuine impact.

You’ll ideally bring strong SME broking or account management experience, good technical insurance knowledge and a commercial approach to client relationships. Just as importantly, you’ll be someone who enjoys working collaboratively and is interested in growing with the business rather than simply managing a book.
